1. Who is responsible for the site

2. Data processed on this site

The site has no native booking form, account or payment flow. We do not ask you to enter your name, medical information or bank details here. Cloudflare hosting may automatically process your IP address, browser type, requested page, request time and security logs needed to deliver and protect the site.

3. Booking and external links

The booking button opens YamPost in a separate window. Maps open in Google Maps, while profile links open Instagram. Once you leave this site, those services determine what data they process and apply their own policies. KOI’s website does not receive the details you enter in YamPost.

4. Cookies and local storage

The site keeps its own statistics on the Cloudflare infrastructure that hosts it. Nothing is sent to Google or any other third-party analytics service.

Without your consent we store anonymous counters only: the name of the action (for example, “massage opened”), page language, device type and the country of the request. No visitor identifier, session, page address or referrer is recorded, so those rows cannot be linked to each other or to a person.

After you choose “Allow analytics” the record also includes a random anonymous visitor and session identifier, the page address, the referrer and campaign tags. That is what shows how many people return and where they come from. Names, phone numbers and other personal data are never collected.

Local browser storage keeps your privacy choice, and — after consent — those random identifiers.

5. Legal bases

Necessary technical processing is used to display the site securely and provide features you request. Optional analytics may rely only on your separate consent. Refusing analytics does not restrict access to the site or booking.

6. Retention and security

Your cookie choice remains on your device. Hosting logs are retained according to Cloudflare’s policies and security practices. We do not sell personal data or build advertising profiles of this site’s visitors.

7. Your rights

You may ask whether KOI processes your data, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent, and contact the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. Visitors covered by the GDPR may also exercise the applicable rights provided by the General Data Protection Regulation.

8. Changes to this policy

We will update this page if the site’s services, booking flow or analytics change. The date of the current version is always shown above.
